Ms. Pooja Sambherao received her M. Sc. Chemistry (2017-2019) from Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. and B.Sc. (2014-2017) from Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. After successful completion of masters, She selected as a DST Inspire Fellow. She joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in Jan-2021 as a Inspire Fellow.

Mr. Akshay Rathod (Ph.D)
Mr. Akshay Babusing Rathod received his M.Sc Organic Chemistry (2016-2018) and B. Sc Chemistry (2013-2016) from Amravati University, Amravati, Maharashtra. After successful completion of masters he qualified NET and GATE examination. After Working in CSIR- Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, J&K India, He joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in April-2021 as a project associate-I. He is currently working on Development of enantioselective o-electrophilic cascade annulation reaction using iron Lewis acid catalysis.

Mr. Shubhranshu S. Sahoo (Ph.D)
Mr. Shubhranshu Shekhar Sahoo completed his M.Sc. in Chemistry (2018-2020) from Sambalpur University, Burla, Odisha, and B. Sc. in Chemistry (2015-2018) from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha. After completing his master's, he joined Dr. Ashok's group in Sept-2021 at CSIR-NCL. Recently, he joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in May-2023 as a project associate-I. He is currently working on developing Nusinersen: An orphan drug used to treat spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).

Mr. Sagar P. Shimpi (UGC-SRF)
Mr. Sagar P.Shimpi received his M.Sc Organic Chemistry (2017-2019) from KBC North Maharashtra, University, Jalgaon Maharashtra. and B. Sc Chemistry (2014-2017) from North Maharashtra, University, Maharashtra. After successful completion of masters he secured All India Rank 87 in CSIR-JRF examination jointly conducted by CSIR-UGC. He joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in Aug-2021 as a UGC-JRF.

Mr. Sudhir R. Ingale (UGC-SRF)
Mr. Sudhir Rama Ingale received his M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (2017-2019) and B.Sc Chemistry (2017) from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhary North Maharashtra University Jalgaon Maharashtra. After successful completion of masters, he secured All India Rank 43 in CSIIR-JRF examination conducted jointly by UGC-CSIR, India. He joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in August 2022 as JRF-CSIR. He is currently working on the development of stereo selective total synthesis of biologically active natural products.

Miss. Mrunal Anil Deshmukh complete her M.Sc. in Chemistry (2020-2022) from Santa Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati,Maharashtra and BSc(2017-2020) from Santa Gadge Baba Amravati University ,Amravati,Maharashtra. Ms. Priya Rani (Project Associate I)
Ms. Priya Rani completed her Masters in Chemistry (2020) from DN College, CCS University, Meerut(UP) and Bachlors in Science (2017) from SSV College, CCS University, Meerut(UP). She did Skill Development Course in Synthetic Organic Chemistry at CSIR-NCL Pune (July-Sept) in 2023 under supervision of Dr. Ravindar Kontham. She qualified GATE 2025 in Chemistry . Now, she joined Dr. Ravindar Kontham Research group in July 2025 as a Project Associate-I. She is currently working on project titled Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)-Affordable Health Care (AHC).
