Mr. R. Vinodkumar received his M.Sc Chemistry (2015-2017) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana and B. Sc (2012-2015) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana. After successful completion of masters he secured All India Rank 179 in CSIR-JRF examination conducted jointly by UGC-CSIR, India. He joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in Aug-2018 as a JRF-CSIR.

Mrs. Megha Palange (CSIR-SRF)
Mrs. Megha Palange received her M.Sc Chemistry (2014-2016) from savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashatra. and B. Sc with Chemistry (2010-2013) from Pune university. After successful completion of masters, She selected as CSIR-SRF. She joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in Aug-2020.

Ms. Pooja Sambherao received her M. Sc. Chemistry (2017-2019) from Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. and B.Sc. (2014-2017) from Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. After successful completion of masters, She selected as a DST Inspire Fellow. She joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in Jan-2021 as a Inspire Fellow.

Mr. Sudhir R. Ingale (UGC-JRF)
Mr. Sudhir Rama Ingale received his M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (2017-2019) and B.Sc Chemistry (2017) from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhary North Maharashtra University Jalgaon Maharashtra. After successful completion of masters, he secured All India Rank 43 in CSIIR-JRF examination conducted jointly by UGC-CSIR, India. He joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in August 2022 as JRF-CSIR. He is currently working on the development of stereo selective total synthesis of biologically active natural products.

Mr. Akshay Rathod (Project Associate I)
Mr. Akshay Babusing Rathod received his M.Sc Organic Chemistry (2016-2018) and B. Sc Chemistry (2013-2016) from Amravati University, Amravati, Maharashtra. After successful completion of masters he qualified NET and GATE examination. After Working in CSIR- Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, J&K India, He joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in April-2021 as a project associate-I. He is currently working on Development of enantioselective o-electrophilic cascade annulation reaction using iron Lewis acid catalysis.

Mr. Shubhranshu S. Sahoo (Project Associate I)
Mr. Shubhranshu Shekhar Sahoo completed his M.Sc. in Chemistry (2018-2020) from Sambalpur University, Burla, Odisha, and B. Sc. in Chemistry (2015-2018) from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha. After completing his master's, he joined Dr. Ashok's group in Sept-2021 at CSIR-NCL. Recently, he joined Dr. Ravindar's research group in May-2023 as a project associate-I. He is currently working on developing Nusinersen: An orphan drug used to treat spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
